Hidden Wonders

It’s time to venture out some hidden wonders, across the globe. Most are not aware whether these places exist on this earth.

Our world is mesmerizing; it contains abundant mysteries and surprises. There are unlimited adventurous, breathtaking and astonishing places on the earth. One should visit or make attempt to visit once in a lifetime. Ever thought of visiting these amazing places???

Red Beach is located in Liaohe River Delta, about 30 kilometers southwest of Panjin City in China. Sand is probably the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about beach but this is not the case with the Panjin Red Beach in China. It is actually, red because seas weed Sueda. It starts growing during April and May, then stays green during the summer, but starts turning in an awesome red color in autumn. It is a home for almost 260 kinds of birds and 399 kinds of animals.

Great Blue Hole is in Belize was formed in stages, beginning approximately 153,000 years ago as a sinkhole. The process started during low sea levels and continued as the ocean rose higher and higher, thus creating a deeper hole. In diameter, the Great Blue Hole Belize is absolutely enormous, measuring almost 1000 feet across or, 984 feet. In addition, the depth is approximately 407 feet. Great Blue Hole Belize has a total of 11 underwater caves. They all vary in depth and length. 

Horseshoe Bend is a horseshoe-shaped meander of the Colorado River located near the town of Page, Arizona, in the United States. Tamed by the Glen Canyon Dam, the emerald-green Colorado River makes a gigantic bend more than a thousand feet below the overlook, swinging first to the east, then curving back to the west. The bend is locally known as "King Bend." 

Jiuzhaigou Valley is renowned for its scenic and aesthetic majesty. It is officially known as Jiuzhai Valley in English, but commonly translated as Jiuzhaigou Valley. Jiuzhai Valley, literally means "the nine villages' valley." Its fairyland landscape of numerous lakes, waterfalls, and limestone terraces, with their attractive, clear, mineral-rich waters, set in the spectacular alpine mountains with a highly diverse forest ecosystem, demonstrates remarkable natural beauty.

This city is the most historical site in Myanmar and the richest archeological site in Asia, lying on the left bank the Ayeyarwaddy River in the dry zone of central Myanmar. Bagan was a walled city. The pagodas and temples can be seen everywhere. You could not say you have been to Myanmar without visiting Bagan. One should not miss to watch the sunset which is one of the most beautiful in the world.

Wisteria flowers at Kawachi Fuji Gardens, in Kitakyushu, Japan are another shining example of Japanese perception of beauty and architecture. The private garden hosts around 150 wisteria flowering plants of 20 different species. The crown jewel of the garden, however, is the stunning wisteria tunnel, where visitors can walk surrounded by hanging multicolored flowers.The gardens are located about a 4-hour drive away from Tokyo, and the best visiting time is late April to mid May. 

Fangweng Restaurant is located in China, in Hubei Province, about 12km north of the city of Yichang, near Sanyou Cave, or “The Cave of the Three Travelers”. The entrance to the Fangweng Restaurant is an uninspiring grey brick building, but at the far end of a narrow concrete bridge, the restaurant caves into the cliff, the floor hanging several hundred feet above the ground.
Walking into the restaurant and down the steps, one will come to a natural “cave lobby”. Rightward, a 30-meter-long plank road has been built along the cliffside. It leads to another natural cave, which has been transformed into a dining hall. Warm lighting from the ceiling lends a golden yellow glow throughout. Dimly lit and Chinese-style furnishings blend in with its surroundings. Part of the dining hall hangs out of the cave, where some dining tables are placed. This is a place sitting high in the air, where the flowing waters can be watched from above.

 Palouse Falls is located at Palouse Falls State Park, Washington. With a two mile long hiking trail that only gains 293 feet, this is a fantastic, family-friendly hike to a magnificent waterfall. The original name for Palouse Falls was "Aputaput". The cliffs and canyons that make Palouse Falls spectacular were carved out by the giant flood that occurred when the Missoula Ice Dam broke apart in Pleistocene Epoch. The floods shaped the entire region, including the mighty Columbia River, and occurred between 15,000 and 13,000 years ago.

Sandakphu is the highest peak in the state of West Bengal, India. It is situated at the edge of the Singalila National Park in Darjeeling district on the West Bengal-Nepal border, and is the highest point of the Singalila Ridge, which gives unmatched views of both Kanchenjunga and the Everest.

Hitachi Seaside Park, located in Hitachinaka,, Japan, next to the Ajigaura Beach, is a flower park and a popular tourist destination. The park covers an area of ​​3.5 hectares and the flowers are amazing all year round. Each season you will find a different variety of flower blossoming over the “Miharashi No Oka”, a hill commanding a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. Filled with woods, gardens, a mini amusement area and cycling courses sprinkled throughout the park, Hitachi Seaside Park is a must-see for anyone venturing to Japan.

Singing Ringing tree is a wind powered sound sculpture resembling a tree set in the landscape of the pennine hill range overlooking Burnley_ in Lancashire, England.
The tree is constructed of stacked pipes of varying lengths, orientated to lean into the directions of the prevailing wind. As the wind passes through the different lengths of pipe, it plays different chords. Each time you sit under the tree, looking out through the wind, you will hear a different song.
Designed by architects Mike Tonkin and Anna Liu of Tonkin Liu, the Singing Ringing Tree is a 3-metre tall construction comprising pipes of galvanised steel which harness the energy of the wind to produce a slightly discordant and penetrating choral sound covering a range of several octaves. Some of the pipes are primarily structural and aesthetic elements, while others have been cut across their width enabling the sound. The harmonic and singing qualities of the tree were produced by tuning the pipes according to their length by adding holes to the underside of each.

The Hidden Beach is perhaps the most popular beach in Mexico - located in the Marieta Islands near Puerto Vallarta, the Hidden Beach can be considered a real ecological gem, as it was formed over several millennia by volcanic activity. The Hidden Beach is, just as it's name suggests, hidden: it is actually a hole in the ground, and at the base of the hole you can enjoy crystal clear waters and white, sandy beaches.
This one-of-a-kind beach has managed to remain untouched by human hands and is protected from the outside world, as the only way to access it is through a very tight tunnel. 
Hidden Beach so unique in its complexity - you can only reach it by swimming, and only during low tide. It is extremely difficult to get to it unless you are a professional swimmer or diver.
Ai-Petri is a mountain pick and a huge mountain mass with a square of 300 square kilometers spreads 25 kilometres from the East to the West.  Its name consists of the distorted words of Greek origin like "agios" (saint) and "Peter" (the name of St. Peter) and in his honor the temple was built there.
Ai-Petri is not only the mistiest place in Crimea but also all round Ukraine. In average, more than 200 days a year these mountains are covered with mist.  Besides, Ai-Petri is the windiest place in that country. Before, there was a wind power plant. Ai-Petri is the best place in Crimea to enjoy sunrise.

Mount Roraima (mountain, South America) giant flat-topped mountain, or mesa, in the Pakaraima Mountains of the Guiana Highlands , at the point where the boundaries of Brazil, Venezuela, and Guyana meet.
Mount Roraima is a pretty remarkable place. It is a tabletop mountain with sheer 400-metre high cliffs on all sides.
Mount Roraima has been climbed on a few occasions from the Guyana and Brazil sides, but as the mountain is entirely bordered on both these sides by enormous sheer cliffs that include high overhanging stretches, these are extremely difficult and technical rock climbing routes.

Colorado Springs’ Garden of the Gods is a public park offering remarkable sandstone rock formations filled with plant and marine fossils, and even dinosaur fossils. Located in the Rockies, the sandstone layers are formed into ridges called hogbacks due to their resemblance to the bumpy spine of a pig. Ranging in size from a
few feet to
more than 300 feet long, these amazing rock formations are a spectacular sight to behold.
The park offers many trails for walking, hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding where visitors can take in views of the unique landscape features, local wildlife and natural vegetation.

Lake Hillier is a pink-coloured lake on Middle Island in Western Australia. Middle island is the largest of the island. The tiny lake only spans about 600 meters wide but its rose pink colour is unmistakable. However, the reason why it’s pink remains a mystery.

These glistening dots of light, captured on a beach in the Maldives by Taiwanese photographer William Ho, are caused by microscopic organisms called bioluminescent phytoplankton, or Lingulodinium polyedrum for the scientifically inclined.
The brilliant blue light emitted by this particular type of phytoplankton called Lingulodinium polyedrum was due to stress caused by crashing waves and other movements. 

    Greenland ice sheet is one of the biggest in the world; Greenland Ice Canyon occupies an area of about 14 times the size of the country of England. The name Ice Canyon best describes the place. Ice Canyon is actually a huge pit buried underneath the ice sheet in Greenland. It is almost twice the length of the Grand Canyon, half as deep but almost as wide, and certainly the only feature in Greenland this long.
Known as the Stairway to Heaven, this fairly unknown hiking trail can be found on the island of O’ahu. The trail is steep and ends at a peak 2,800 feet above the sea, which offers amazing views of the island.

The Lord Howe Island waters are home to an astounding 500 species of fish and 90 coral species. The sparkling lagoon is protected by the world’s southern-most coral reef, creating a spectacular line of white surf against a blue backdrop of the South Pacific Ocean
